Uniform and dress code

The RVIS school uniform offers students comfortable choices while reflecting the values of the school and respecting Bahrain’s cultural and social expectations. Students must wear their uniform during school hours and at all school-related activities, both on and off campus.

If a student arrives out of uniform, they may be asked to return home to change. All uniforms and accessories are available exclusively at House of Uniforms in Al Ali Mall, near Seef Mall. The store is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and can be contacted at +973 1773 0650.

Uniform details:
  • Shoes should be comfortable school or sports shoes in white, gray, or black. Sports shoes are required on days when students have physical education lessons.
  • Socks must be white, gray, or black.
  • Girls may wear tights in gray, black, or white.
  • Skirts must be knee length.
  • Sweaters for Nursery through Grade 5 are green, while students in Grades 6 through 12 wear gray sweaters.
  • A separate physical education uniform is worn by students in Grades 1 through 12.

Wearing the uniform helps promote a sense of belonging and equality among students. Uniform guidelines ensure that clothing is practical for learning and safe for school activities. Maintaining a neat and presentable appearance is encouraged as part of personal responsibility and respect for the school community.
