Academic Leadership Team

Our Academic Leadership Team guides teaching and learning across all divisions, ensuring alignment with the IB programs and international best practice. Victoria Johnson leads the Diploma Program, Oleighe Fghaly oversees the Middle Years Program, and Tanya Surawski is Head of Primary and Primary Years Program Coordinator. Noora Al Khalifa is Head of Secondary. Together, they ensure that every stage of learning at RVIS is engaging and supportive of student growth.
